What we collect
Your name and email address from Google or Apple when you sign in; your shipping address and phone number if you give them for honey delivery; your orders and payments (amount, date, status). We never receive or store card numbers — card details are entered only on the bank’s secure page.
For gifts: the recipient’s name, email and the date you choose. If you save birthdays, only the name and date you enter.
Why we use it
To run your account and orders, deliver honey and gifts, send receipts and service emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting duties. We send marketing emails only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us provide the service: the bank and payment providers (to process payments), delivery services (to ship honey), and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in and language, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep it while your account is open and as long as the law requires for accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@aygepan.app. We reply within 30 days.
ArCa
Card payments are processed on the bank’s secure payment page (3-D Secure). Aygepan never sees or stores your card details. All amounts are charged in Armenian dram (AMD).
