Before payment
An order that is not yet paid can be cancelled at any time in your account at no cost.
Within 14 days of payment
You can cancel a paid hive share within 14 days of payment and get a full refund, as long as the hive has not yet been built to your design or placed on the farm. Write to info@aygepan.app with your order number.
After the hive is built or placed
A designed hive is made for you personally. Once it has been built or placed on the farm, the order can no longer be cancelled, except where we cannot provide what was ordered — then you get a full refund.
Unused coins
Coins you topped up but have not spent can be refunded to the original card within 14 days of the top-up, on request to info@aygepan.app.
Honey arriving damaged
If a jar arrives broken or the honey is not right, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same card or payment method used for the payment, in AMD, within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money on your statement.
ArCa
Card payments are processed on the bank’s secure payment page (3-D Secure). Aygepan never sees or stores your card details. All amounts are charged in Armenian dram (AMD).
