1. What we offer
Aygepan sells shares in real beehives kept on a partner farm in Armenia — from one eighth of a hive to a whole hive — together with the care of the hive for the period stated on the product page, and the honey that your share produces.
A whole hive can be designed by you (colour, roof, nameplate and more) and is built and placed on the farm as designed. Honey quantities shown on the site are estimates: the real harvest depends on the season and the bees and is not guaranteed.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are set in Armenian dram (AMD). Prices on the site are shown in Aygepan coins, where 1 coin = 1 AMD; an approximate amount in other currencies may be shown for convenience only. You are always charged in AMD, and the price shown at checkout is final — we add no card surcharge. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
3. Coins and your wallet
Coins are a prepaid balance for buying on Aygepan (hive shares, design options, gifts). They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as cash or sent to other people, and are not a bank deposit or electronic money. Top-ups are always made for a specific purchase or amount you choose; refunds of unused top-ups are described in the Refunds and cancellation policy.
4. How to pay
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or ArCa cards on the bank’s secure payment page, or with Idram or Telcell where shown. Card payments are protected by 3-D Secure. Card details are entered only on the bank’s page; Aygepan never receives or stores them.
An order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation by email with the order details, the amount and the date.
5. Delivery
Your share appears in your account right after payment. How the hive is placed on the farm and how honey is delivered is described in the Delivery policy.
6. Gifts
You can give a whole hive as a gift. The recipient receives an email on the chosen date and accepts the gift through a link. A gift not opened within 90 days returns to you.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds follow the Refunds and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Responsibility
We take good care of every hive, but honey production depends on nature: weather, disease and other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) can reduce or prevent a harvest. In such cases we will tell you and offer a fair solution (for example, honey from another hive or an extended care period).
9. Disputes and law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Please contact us first — most questions are solved quickly at info@aygepan.app. If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on the site applies to new orders from the date shown above. Orders already paid keep the terms in force when they were paid.
