What you actually own
A share of one specific hive - from an eighth to a whole hive - on one specific farm, with your name on its plaque. Its return is its harvest: honey that you can have shipped, sell, or reinvest.
A whole hive is estimated at 8–14 kg of honey a year once it is producing; an eighth at about 1–2 kg.
What it is not
It is not a token, an NFT, or a financial product with a fixed return. Harvests depend on the bees, the weather and the season, so the amount of honey varies from year to year.
Why Armenia
Armenia has a long beekeeping tradition and mountain meadows rich in wildflowers. Aygepan works with small and mid-sized local apiaries, so every share also supports the farmers who keep the bees. Vineyard rows and apricot trees are planned as the next assets.
